ZHS Story
Zero Hertz Systems Oy was founded in 2017 to develop cost-effective power electronic solutions for grid applications. One of the main challenges was to solve how to achieve high energy efficiency and high current supply capability up to ten times the nominal current. This culminated in developing a groundbreaking power converter technology - ZHS DSC™ - that combines both properties in a single device and is protected with two patents.
Each of the founding members have over 10 years of experience in the fields of electricity distribution business, power systems, power electronic converter design, control systems, information and communications technology, and embedded systems. This vast diverse expertise enabled developing our revolutionary power converter technology.
